Well into her third decade as a Realtor, Martha knows the value of establishing excellent rapport with her buyers and sellers, as she provides them with top notch professional service every step of the way. As a residential real estate specialist, Martha has the experience and market expertise to assist all her clients, from first time buyers, to relocating sellers, to downsizing seniors and more.

Growing up in Mexico and later moving to the United States, Martha is fluent in Spanish and English. She has been licensed since 1990, and has also earned her GRI designation, as well as numerous awards for her outstanding real estate sales achievements. She also specializes in working with those relocating and has earned the Cendant Mobility Inventory Specialist (CMIS), Cendant Mobility Referral Specialist (CMRS), and the Cendant Mobility Marketing Specialist (CMMS) designations. When she’s not busy with her real estate career, Martha enjoys spending time with her family, including her four children and five grandchildren, also golfing, traveling overseas and activities at the beach or the pool.
Martha finds time to give back to her community. She volunteers as an interpreter for the local police and highway patrol. Whether day or middle of the night needs arise for a translator, they know they can depend on Martha to assist.
