Biography Martha is a Coldwell Banker Realtor licensed in Kentucky. She loves helping people navigate the often confusing or intimidating real estate process, whether buying or selling; she helps clients know what to expect so the transaction can go smoothly.

Since becoming an agent in 2004, she has also been in Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society, International President’s Circle, Silver Society, and Sterling Society.

For Martha, home is a farm in Simpson County where she resides with her husband. They have two children and six grandchildren.
