Martin got into the real estate industry more than 20 years ago when sold his Shipping Company back in 2002 and after finished studies in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in Economics, he set out to help his family with their real estate portfolio by going back to the University to get his Real Estate Brokerage License.

As his career advanced, he moved to the U.S. in 2014 and found stride working with as a Real Estate Investor buying, fixing, renting and flipping Condos and Townhouses all the way from West Palm Beach to Miami Beach Florida.

Along the way, he learned that every property he sold was unique and he was able to find that special feature that makes him sell o rent always for top dollars in the neighborhood.
The reason why?
Is the fact that when he assumes the responsibility of selling a home, he’s selling it like his own.
Selling Real Estate is not maths. For him, is the Art of identifying what makes that house special, pricing, good staging, marketing and finally sell it at highest price point. This is his magic formula that’s he follows every single time and proved to work over the years.
