Martin Stark

Martin has lived in Lumberton since 1994 after serving as a Paratrooper with the U.S. Army, 82nd Airborne Division in Fort Bragg. Since that time, he has dedicated himself to a very diversified career in real estate.

Martin's real estate background includes residential and commercial sales and brokerage, as well as leasing and actively managing both residential and commercial rental property. Furthermore, he has built an extensive portfolio by being an aggressive real estate investor. Martin has purchased and renovated many distressed homes and has developed both residential and commercial new construction in the Lumberton area.

He has served his community in several roles including the Board of Directors with the Lumberton Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Kiwanis of Robeson. Martin has also served as part of the pilot program to help Lumberton gain recognition as the first Certified Retirement Community in North Carolina and as President of the Lumberton Board of Realtors.
