While I was living in another country, Martina made the complicated process of purchasing a home remotely as smooth as possible. I could not have figured out much of this process, but she jumped in at every opportunity, even those dealing with lender and attorney issues, to assist with her extensive knowledge of the home buying process. Add to that the crazy market that buyers are facing at this time, she helped us get our dream home on our first offer. I can't recommend Martina enough if you're looking to buy a home!

When it came time to think about selling and buying a new house there was no question, we were going to use Martina! Martina is more than just a real estate agent. She truly cares about what is best for you. She is honest, caring and not scared to give you some tough words of advice...which sometimes you need to bring you back to reality! Martina helped us sell our home in 24 hours and managed to get our offer accepted on our dream home within a week. I would recommend her to friends and family in a heartbeat. She is nothing short of amazing!

WOW. Martina is a SUPERSTAR who has made us feel like we were her top priority. We moved here all the way from Hawaii and needed a realtor we could trust, and Martina did not disappoint. She has gone above and beyond to make the home buying process easier for us and was always available - more than we could have asked for considering we had a six hour time difference. She is an energetic go-getter with a keen ability to get the job done. We are now getting settled in our new home and Martina still follows up to make sure everything is OK. Having bought several homes in the past, I have to say that Martina has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. I inherited a home from my grandmother when she passed away. My husband and I worked on fixing it up and then had Martina list it. With her connections and real estate savviness, she was able to find a qualified buyer for our home in a matter of mere weeks.
