It would be hard to find a more responsive, knowledgeable and competent realtor than Marv Griffin. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for property in the Pioneer, Volcano, Pine Grove and surrounding areas.
Property sells so quickly in today's market that to not have a realtor actively working for you can mean missing out. Also, having Marv at our side meant that we were fully informed throughout the process (and the process for purchasing a rural home can be far more complicated than purchasing an urban or suburban home, we found, because many rural homes rely on wells and septic systems instead of city services).
We cannot say enough about this incredibly professional and readily- available realtor. Thank you, Marv, for helping us find our house in the Sierras!
