MaryAnn is the best , she works hard for you and knows how to get you the right house. She had to work hard for me to get my house I couldn't settle for anything and I told her in short notice also that I had a dead line to meet and she did her part by finding me the right house in the right location and saved me alot of money up front wheeling and dealing with the realtors. I definatly recommend her for selling or buying a house.

Mary Ann truly went above and beyond as a realtor. My house was in contract within 5 days of being on the market. Mary Ann helped me pack up some items and went back to the house to make sure everything I was okay befmoore the new owners moved in.

Mary Ann is great! She was very patient with me as the market changed daily. My approval amount wasn't very large, I needed lots of space for three growing boys, and something close to my parents. Many times I wanted to give up, she encouraged me to keep going. She found my family the perfect, cute little house. After all the late nights, the long drives, all the offers that weren't accepted, she stood by my side. She is wonderful, I will recommend her to EVERYONE I know who is searching for their dream home! If I could, I would give 10 stars!

With Mary Ann’s expertise and guidance, I was able to make a sound decision in purchasing my first home. I had so many questions, and she never made me feel like I was incompetent, regardless of how incompetent I felt with my incessant questions and asks.
