Mary Ann has lived in the Kingsland/Sunrise Beach area since 1965. She attended and graduated Llano High. Her two sons also attended and graduated from Llano. She has seen first hand the changing of the lake area, from riding the ferry across the lake, which now has the 2900 bridge, to the flooding and changing depths of the Llano arm of Lake LBJ. She refers to herself as the Lake LBJ Waterfront Specialist and has been a Realtor since 2003. Mary Ann has sold properties in all of the Highland Lakes Area, including Horseshoe Bay, Marble Falls, Burnet, Lake Buchanan, Buchanan Dam, Granite Shoals, Sunrise Beach, Kingsland, Llano and other surrounding areas. Mary Ann works closely with her husband Todd Liverman, who is also a real estate agent.
Todd grew up in McCulloch County, TX and attended and graduated Brady High.
While growing up in McCulloch County, Todd worked for area farmers and ranchers. After graduating high school, he moved to New Mexico to work on the UU Bar Ranch. Eventually moving back to Texas, he worked with his family in the ranching and construction industry for several years. In the late 80’s he took a job on a registered Hereford operation in Grady, Oklahoma managing the AI breeding and embryo transplant duties for the ranch. After time he was offered a ranch management position back home. Todd spent a large part of his life in Lampasas, where his 3 daughters grew up and graduated from Lampasas.
Todd has managed game properties as well as cattle operations throughout his life which in time has led him to following his passion of selling land in the great State of Texas.
