Mary Anne Condon

Named Rookie of the Year her first year in real estate, Mary Anne has earned top producer honors every year in the business. As a resident of Pound Ridge for more than forty years, she has a long record of participating in a wide range of school, sporting, and community organizations. She currently serves on the boards of the Pound Ridge Land Conservancy and Pound Ridge Historical Society and is an appointed At-Large Member of the Economic Development Council.

With deep roots in the community and a passionate advocate for Pound Ridge and the surrounding environs, Mary Anne is thoroughly knowledgeable of the area and its ever-changing real estate markets. For more than twenty years she has produced quarterly real estate reports for the community and is recognized as a valued resource for real estate information, advice, and services. Mary Anne is licensed in both New York and Connecticut. In her free time, she enjoys the out-of-doors and adventure traveling. As both a wildlife and architecture enthusiast, with either her husband or one of her grown daughters and even solo, Mary Anne has traveled in Europe, Africa, South America, Central America, Alaska, and the American West. Traveling, however, always leads back to the place she loves best – home!
