Mary is a full-time REALTOR®, dedicated to guiding her clients through the home-buying and home-selling process. A native of Cary, NC, Mary has always had a love of the outdoors, which drew her to locales where nature is the centerpiece of the community.

After graduating from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s degree in City and Regional Planning, Mary made the Blue Ridge her forever home. After graduation, Mary served in various roles at the Downtown Boone Development Association, where she started downtown Boone’s Public Art Program and served as the organization’s Executive Director before going to work in sales at a software company.

During Mary’s tenure in software sales, she became a top performer. By specializing in contract negotiations, Mary became an expert in detail-oriented work done flawlessly. Mary is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers achieve the best possible outcome for all of their real estate transactions. From her love of nature to her ability to negotiate in difficult situations, Mary applies her experience and expertise to help each of her clients achieve their goals of living in the High Country.
