We were very pleased and impressed with our experience with Mary Bay and the Bay Team. We found them to be very realistic and pleasant to work with. Their exceptional service and professionalism helped us to get our asking price and a quick sale of our villa. Mary's knowledge of the market, her research on comps and staying on top of the market in our area along with her suggestions for making the space more appealing to buyers were key to getting the best selling price in the neighborhood. The professional presentation and photos gave the villa a polished and appealing look. Mary knows what buyers are looking for and how to market the property to fit the right buyer.
