Mary Beth Hynick grew up on a small family farm in Cambridge and has lived in the tri-county area all her life. She began her real estate career at Marker’s Octagon Realty in early 2020. And since then, she has become passionate about assisting sellers and buyers in the community. Mary Beth has worked in hospitality for nearly 30 years which has prepared her well for the real estate world. Mary Beth's education is in math/science, and broadcast journalism.
