You could say “Real Estate is in Mary Beth’s blood.” In 2002, Mary Beth Eikenberg Swidersky pivoted from a successful corporate finance and sales career to follow in the footsteps of her mother, a respected real estate agent for 40 years. Mary Beth’s passion for real estate is fueled by her desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives of her clients. Respected by strategic business partners, fellow agents, and clients alike, Mary Beth prides herself on going the extra mile in every transaction. Valuing her client’s time and money, she consistently leverages her network to offer a “high touch” client experience. With a depth of knowledge of the Central Maryland region’s real estate market coupled with her experience in renovations and property management principles, she is able to support first time homebuyers, growing families, empty nesters, and investors. Repeat customers and referrals have been the foundation of her practice. In 2014, she partnered with Meg Weetenkamp to form the Weetenkamp | Eikenberg Group of Cummings & Co. Realtors, a consistently a top producing team.

Mary Beth is a graduate of Towson University and Loyola College of Maryland’s MBA Program. A native of Bel Air, Mary Beth currently resides in Western Howard County with her husband, Chris, their two daughters, Morgan and Marleigh, and their Greater Swiss Mountain, HUKuk. She loves spending time with family and friends, golf, fitness, traveling, gardening, and tackling renovation projects.
