Working with Mary was fantastic. Her recommendations of things to fix were spot on. She had a list of contractors to use to get the house ready. She even pushed back a personal job so one of her contractors could get to our house quicker. We had an accepted offer within two weeks.
We would definitely work with Mary again, whether buying or selling.

Mary Bosis was a referral to my family and we are very grateful. She assisted our parents as they sold their home which they had lived in for over 30 years.
Mary was always available to provide several qualified crafts people and local businesses to assist us in updating and repairing the home prior to and during the listing.
Communication was very important to my parents and our family during this process. She provided regular and thorough updates, returned phone calls, texts and emails promptly, and informed the family of issues and advice regarding the listing during the COVID pandemic.

Mary is an excellent agent who hit the ground running to find the perfect “home” for us. She is a great communicator – quick to reply by phone, e-mail, text, and video via you-tube links. We selected her after researching relocation specialists in the Fox River Valley area and thought she would be a good fit for us with her vast experience with her own family moves along with relocating other families.
We were very happy with our home search from Oregon, as we crossed the states to get to Wisconsin, and when we arrived. There was communication each day and sometimes multiple times a day if we had questions, new listings came up, or updated information needed to be shared. Mary really listened to what our family of 6 wanted. Each one of us had different things we hoped for. She knew the neighborhoods, schools, and amenities. She showed us houses that matched our list and stayed within our range. She also showed us additional homes that we found or friends and family found.
Through the process, Mary helped us put forth competitive offers in a seller’s market without letting us overbid out of desperation. We so wanted to get into a home right away before school started.
Mary does not do this alone. She is a team player. She has a wide range of local contacts including Jim, a local home inspector who is very thorough and detailed. His reports from a distance let us know what we were getting into, so we could decide fully informed. And . . . in person, he was bar none. Sharing how much things would cost to update or fix and where to get the supplies. Mary also had an assistant named Kim, who showed us properties and came to our walk-through when she had scheduling conflicts and knew time was of the essence. Along with an excellent inspector and assistant, she has local connections with lenders including Kristen Ambose from Guaranteed Rate Mortgage. Making financing even easier with competitive rates, and we loved keeping everything local.
Mary rode the roller coaster ride of a move with us – knowing this would probably be the biggest purchase we would ever make – she journeyed with us, listened to us, didn’t let us get desperate, and never gave up. Even when we were ready to throw in the towel…
Throughout the whole process, we had 3 houses that we were hoping to get into before we found our perfect “home”. It had everything we wanted on our list and more.
Our perfect “home” from offer to move in was only 18 days.
The entire process from Day 1 of searching lasted a total of 40 days.
Mary is an exceptional agent who felt more like a team-mate. Mary works hard for you and with you. She works “her magic” and is surrounded by a wonderful team that makes the process one you can trust. We highly recommend Mary to find your perfect “home”.
Many prayers went into this process, and Mary was an answer to prayer. Forever thankful.

Mary was an amazing ally for the purchase of our home in Appleton. She was patient with our requests and truly cared about finding us a house we could call home. She worked with us while we were living in another state looking for a house in Wisconsin and even walked through homes with us over FaceTime.
