Considering New Construction? I love working with buyers going through the process of building a new home. Why have a Realtor involved? I have a lot of experience with construction in the commercial setting and have used that experience to help lead buyers through the process of building their dream home. A common question is who pays commission on a new construction home to the Realtor? The Builder sets aside funds to pay a Realtor representing you as the Buyer. I will be with you every step of the way, from selecting the model, to designing the home, inspections (phase 1, phase 2 and final), inspection responses, working with your construction supervisor and the Builder to ensure everything in the home meets your expectations. We have some great builders in our area and I can guide you to them!
Selling your home? I will work with you to ensure your home is ready to sale. I focus on preparation, pricing and promotion. We begin with staging, great pictures and YouTube video. Next, I will work with you to price your home to sell and then I will promote your home on multiple websites, Facebook and targeted Internet ads. I will provide lots of other tips to ensure your home will appeal to a wide audience and how to keep it show ready.
