My introduction to real estate was anything but ordinary. During a challenging market with interest rates as high as 14%, our home sat without offers for months. Determined to take control, I created my own marketing materials and personally presented our home to a local bank president—with my young children by my side. Within a month, I secured a sale to his son and daughter-in-law. That experience shaped the way I approach real estate today: proactive, creative, and committed to getting results.
