In 1989, Mary and her husband moved to the Foothills, specifically, Auburn Lake Trails, where they raised their daughter. They built two homes and have been involved in remodeling several. Throughout this process, Mary discovered she had more than just a watchful eye for Real Estate and decided to pursue a full-time career assisting others find their dream home. Due to the background experience she had in construction, she can help her clients with land and building questions.
Mary continues to advance her career in many ways and enjoy assisting both buyers and sellers with their Real Estate transactions. There are many hurdles when buying or selling a property, so she strives to make transactions as seamless as possible for her clients. Whether a client is looking for a primary residence, investment property, or vacation home, she’s here to help. She recently became a Certified Residential Specialist; a designation held by only 4% of Real Estate Agents. This advanced training program is a huge time and financial commitment but in an ever-changing industry such as Real Estate, she feels this is the best way to support her clients.
This area is full of great people, beautiful wildlife, and lots of recreation; so, she is happy to share it with others who are searching for a better quality of life. She prides herself in a strong referral-based business from other successful clients and friends. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, quad riding, boating, watching movies with her family, and spending time with her dogs Willow & Riley!
