With nearly 18 years as a dedicated Realtor® and over 35 years as a Conway resident, Mary Childress brings unmatched local insight, professional experience, and heart to every client she serves. Known for her honesty, responsiveness, and genuine care, Mary is a trusted advocate for buyers and sellers across Conway and throughout Horry County. Mary moved to the area in 1990 from Virginia’s Northern Neck and has built a life centered on service to her clients, her community, and her profession. She is actively involved in committees that uphold the highest standards of the industry and is deeply committed to protecting property rights and promoting ethics and education in real estate. Based out of the downtown Conway office of Realty One Group Dockside with additional offices in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, and Murrells Inlet, Mary is especially passionate about helping people achieve their unique real estate goals. She and her husband, a 20+ year firefighter, raised their two children in Conway. Her daughter now teaches English in Japan after graduating from the College of Charleston, and her son is a Coastal Carolina graduate and fellow Realtor®.
