Highly Recommend. I started working with Mary Ann Colmus in 2017 trying to find the perfect home. As the years went she stuck with us and finally decided to build. She helped us with finding land and stuck with us thru it! Then I called her again to sell a piece of property, she came right out and did her walk thru, quoted, and since I was too busy to always meet with her, she sent me everything online so we could conduct business without a flaw. LOVE LOVE MARY ANN!!

Maryanne was AMAZING! For me being a 1st time homebuyer, she was there for me every step of the way! Any property I wanted to see(from 4 hours away, because we're moving north) she made it happen! She is the TRUE definition of HONEST ! I love her and will rate her 100 stars if that's what's needed ! Thank you for all your knowledge in home buying ! It was MUCH APPRECIATED!!
