Mary did such a wonderful job. Without her, I would not have the house I have now. EVERY TIME I wanted to look at a house she was there for me so quick! She always answered my calls and responded to text and email. She is super nice and truly cares. Seems like she is family and someone you want to keep in touch with even after her work is done. We have received nothing but professional, friendly, and excellent service from Mary Couser when selling and buying a home. We do not live locally, and Mary handles everything making us comfortable with both transactions.

As a military family, we no longer live locally. Still, Mary will continue to be our realtor for any business we do in the area. She was able to find the perfect rental property for us to purchase. Mary makes you feel like family; not a client takes all the stress from making one of the most significant family purchases.

I was less than a month into my first experience with searching for my first home when I saw a newly-listed house — one not only in my price range and desired location, but one that also seemed as if it was perfect for me — and I decided the fastest way of perhaps getting to tour the home was to call the listing agent, directly. So, I called (it had been about 45 minutes since the home was listed, or at least since the listing appeared online in the MLS), and Mary Couser answered and about two minutes later, we’d made an appointment to see the house at 6 pm that evening in early August.

Now, in mid-September, I’ve been living in that home since August 25. Mary became both the seller’s agent and buyer’s agent the same night I toured that house and exactly two weeks after my offer on the home inspection was accepted, we closed and my dream house became mine.

Having never purchased or even considered purchasing a home before this August, the entire prospect seemed very overwhelming, and prior to meeting Mary, I questioned whether I would be able to navigate the real estate world even with a realtor’s assistance. I quickly learned I didn’t need to worry: Mary not only made it seem easy, she was empathetic, kind, always willing to explain each detail of the process, and quick to reply to my many questions and offer guidance and honest opinions born of her wisdom gleaned from her years of experience in the field.

I couldn’t have found a better realtor had I tried to find one; I am so thankful I decided to call the listing agent that day I saw what’s now my home listed! Mary is extremely knowledgeable, easy to talk with, honest, forthright, and thoughtful. I never expected to find my first home so quickly, nor to find not only an exceptional realtor to help me along the way, but also to find in that realtor a friend, as well.

Mary was honestly the most amazing realtor I have ever dealt with. I bought my first home with her and she explained everything to me. She went out of her way to show houses to me on the drop of a dime, and made sure I was taken care of through every step of the home buying process. We would HIGHLY recommend Mary Couser to anyone who is selling a home. We are extremely pleased with her services. After speaking with several area realtors, we comissioned Mary to sell our home in Troy. While we had a nice property, the housing collapse, the downturn in economy, and a change in our neighborhood created a lot of challenges to finding a buyer. We didn't want to give the property away(as some of the other realtors suggested), but we also didn't want it to linger on the market for an untold amount of time. Mary suggested a listing price that was fair and then proceeded to market the home in such a way that it attracted a lot of interest. We accepted an offer we were very happy with within 5 weeks of the listing. Mary Couser knows what she is doing. She knows the area market well, how to price fairly, how to market the property, and she really works for you to make it happen! We can't say enough. Mary is welcome to use us as a reference anytime.
