I found Mary Edeen to be a pleasure to work with. I contracted with Mary to sell my mother's condo after her passing. Mary's knowledge of the Wallingford real estate market was invaluable. Her positive and cheerful demeanor was so welcomed.

Living a distance from the condo, Mary was so helpful in taking care of the "local" details that were required, keeping me informed every step of the way by calls, texts, and emails. The DocuSign feature was perfect and saved me time.
