One of her skills as a Realtor is that she knows American Sign Language and is very familiar with Deaf Culture. she learned ASL because I am a hearing parent of Deaf twin boys.

Mary moved across the country to Faribault many years ago. One of her favorite things to do is show people how much Faribault and the surrounding areas have to offer. Being involved in several committees and boards, provides me of a thorough knowledge of the community.

Mary Ellen has a loving and compassionate disposition...she guided us through the process with an understanding heart and assured that we were represented faithfully in all facets throughout the selling process. If you are looking for a person who takes a personal interest in their clients: she's a keeper! My wife and I have adopted her as a friend and sudo-family member. Like she says in her "From the Owner"...she made it both "easy and fun!"

Mary Ellen Bondhus is a top notch realtor. She truly cares about her clients more than just for their business, they become friends and that is a very welcome side effect of working with her. My husband and I had talked for years about selling our house, and when we finally were ready to do so, Mary Ellen was a key instrument in getting it sold. She also helped us when we found a house we wanted to buy and move into and was there every step of the way. It's been over a year since we've moved and I love the house we have and the friendship that came out of that experience!! If you're looking for a realtor who knows her business and can work some magic, look no further!!
