A native of Southern California, Mary Guzman moved to New Mexico in 2001 to open and co-own a restaurant in Arroyo Seco, near Taos. She relocated to Santa Fe in 2004 and, fascinated by the architecture, culture, art, and community, began her real estate career in 2006. Mary proudly joined the Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2021.

She has served on the board of Girls Inc. and remains active in the organization. Well acquainted with Santa Fe’s restaurants, art, and other cultural attractions and activities, she and her partner enjoy hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, gardening, attending gallery openings, dining out, and supporting local growers at the farmer’s market.
