Mary Guzman

A native of Southern California, Mary Guzman moved to New Mexico in 2001 to open and co-own a restaurant in Arroyo Seco, near Taos. She relocated to Santa Fe in 2004 and, fascinated by the architecture, culture, art, and community, began her real estate career in 2006. Mary proudly joined the Sotheby’s International Realty team in 2021.

Professional, responsive, and an excellent listener with a good sense of humor, Mary cares deeply about her clients’ well-being, attending to their needs and diplomatically presenting new ideas. Recognizing that buying or selling a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, she remains patient, kind, caring, and timely, and she stays up to date on real estate law and best practices. While the master-planned community of Quail Run is her longtime area of expertise, she is comfortable with a wide range of properties in all price ranges throughout Santa Fe.

Mary has three children—Tess, Chloe, and Cole—and loves her golden retriever, Bruno Mars, and her Boston terrier, Gustavo. She has served on the board of Girls Inc. and remains active in the organization. Well acquainted with Santa Fe’s restaurants, art, and other cultural attractions and activities, she and her partner enjoy hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, gardening, attending gallery openings, dining out, and supporting local growers at the farmer’s market.
