I highly recommend Mary Helliwell to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent who is tenacious at getting the exact property you are looking for. As a first-time buyer, I was not familiar with the purchasing process. All I knew was that I wanted someone to help me purchase land in western Montana. That turned out to be a daunting task, especially since I live on the east coast. After 5 years of searching and getting a wink and a nod from agents and getting nowhere, I saw a property one day that was listed by Mary. Right from the start I knew Mary was the agent I was missing in my property search. She explained why the property was not the one I should purchase-and she was right! It would have been the wrong purchase. She immediately started to work with me on finding property that met all my criteria. She always responded to my calls, guided me through the financing process, provided important contact information, visited properties I could not travel to and provided videos and photos (very important if you are over 2,000 miles away), explained all the paperwork involved during and after the purchase. She was able to negotiate with the sellers to sell the property with a bank finance when they only wanted a cash transaction. I would recommend Mary to any and all prospective western Montana land purchasers
