We used Mary Jane for the purchase of our home in the Castle Rock area a few years ago. Mary Jane is an absolutely fantastic realtor! The most important things to me are that she was VERY accessible and so knowledgeable about every aspect of the home buying and home ownership process. She was able to answer every single question that came up for us during the home buying process and held our hand through it all. I feel like she went above and beyond for us and helped us get the perfect house for our family, and she worked hard to make the whole process go as smoothly as possible. Since she has lived in the Denver area for so many years, and has lived in multiple areas during that time I feel like she has a really wonderful grasp on what different cities and neighborhoods are like and even helped us find an area of our town that was the perfect fit for us! The best thing about using Mary Jane as your agent is that the service and relationship doesn't stop at closing! She is there for you forever after if you want! She also has the best recommendations for anything you could possibly need done for your house. Roofing? Sewer scope? Radon inspection? Plumbing? New flooring? Painting? Professional͏ and connected!
Mary Jane was an excellent realtor. She listened to what we wanted and was always available to answer questions. She took great pictures including drone shots to best market our home. During the inspection, the relationships she has built with contractors was immensely valuable. It allowed us to get items fixed in a timely fashion and save hundreds if not more. Mary Jane has extensive knowledge of the legal paperwork as well and was able to guide us through a lease back scenario seamlessly. We definitely feel Mary Jane added value and expertise that made the home selling process much less stressful and financially beneficial!

I am an appraiser and had a question about Greenwood Village. Mary Jane was not the Real Estate Agent for the property but when I called she gave me a lot of information on the area. She knows this area very well and the homes in it. I have found that a real estate agent who knows the area can sell a home faster and for top dollar than one who does not. If you are looking to sell or buy in the Greenwood Village neighborhood I highly recommend contacting Mary.

From the moment we decided to hire her, Mary Jane went above and beyond.
