It was an excellent experience working with Mary Jane to sell our home. We had lived there for 34+ years, raised 3 sons there, and as you can guess, accumulated a lot of “stuff.” Mary Jane gave us great ideas of how to get the home ready to sell, had great pictures taken & posted, and she sold our house in 1 weekend! Plus, all the paperwork for the sale went seamlessly!
All in all it was a much easier process than we had anticipated, I’m sure thanks to Mary Jane’s experience & help. 😉Her moving day meal was most welcome, too!
We highly recommend Mary Jane’s services if you are in need of a helpful, professional, friendly realtor!

Mary Jane has helped us find 2 beautiful homes in Northeast Ohio. She is thorough, straight forward, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. When we bought our first home, she was essential in making sure we understood the house buying process and felt comfortable with our decision. We had been looking at homes online for about a year. We bought our last home 36 yrs ago. Mary Jane was recommended To us by a friend. I talked with her several times for info but told her we would not be ready to move til the end of 2020. Well, life happens and two days later we had a major change in plans! I called her up, explained our change, and she scheduled to meet and view homes on Saturday, 3-10. She knows the area well and listened when we told her what we wanted for our retirement home. We found two we liked very much. she gave us pros and cons for purchasing as one was a resale and one a new construction. By Sunday eve 3-11 we were new homeowners! You can’t do much better than that!!!! Thanks Mary Jane!
