Mary Jones is a phenomenal real estate broker and person. She recently listed my son's home in Wash Park and was so knowledgeable, professional and personable. It was an easy process to list the house and quickly sell it.

Mary presented thorough market research and data to help zero in on the perfect asking price, which ultimately was the selling price. Throughout the selling process, Mary's diligence and attention to details, as well as her excellent communication skills, helped with negotiations with the buyer and their broker. The deal closed quickly thanks to Mary.

With her knowledge of markets and communities in Denver, Mary is THE real estate broker you want to work with. She constantly analyzes market data to guide her clients throughout the buying or selling process.

Mary recently handled a sale and purchase for us and both transactions literally went flawlessly. She found the perfect new house ( in a very tight Denver market) and emailed us at 9:30 PM so we could schedule an early showing the next day. Our offer was so well crafted that the sellers accepted without any negotiation and we closed in a matter of weeks. Our existing house sold through Mary's office without even hitting the market or needing fix up or staging. Again, her guidance on pricing was right on.

Mary updated us consistently, even while she took a short vacation.
She is very responsive, knowledgable and fun to work with!

Words can't even describe how lucky we feel to have had Mary Jones as our real estate agent! Her reputation as one of the top real estate agents in the Denver and surrounding areas is well deserved, but doesn't even begin to do her justice. Mary recently helped us sell our home, offering expert advice for pricing, timing of listing, staging and showing our home. We had over 65 showings in 3 days due to her marketing skills! Mary's focus was always based on what was best for us, negotiating a "rent back" situation to suit our needs, and getting us way over our original asking price. From my Dad's sweet little townhouse in Denver, to our son and daughter in law's funky fantastic bungalow in Englewood, to our daughter's million dollar house in Platte Park, she does it all! And she does it all with equal enthusiasm and diligence, no matter the size or the value of the property! Mary treated every house and family with the dignity and respect that it deserved. She sold each of our family houses within a DAY OR TWO of going on the market for full, if not more, of the asking price!
She helped my Dad with such kindness and compassion, and for that we are truly grateful.
She found our daughter and her family the house of their dreams in the perfect neighborhood to raise their boys, and is working non-stop, going through listings and homes with a fine tooth comb, to find just the right place for our son and his wife. And she will.
For us, what stands out about Mary is that she does her job with such heart. She understands that to sell a house can be emotional and sentimental, and to buy a house can be joyful, exciting, and maybe a little scary, so she brings such calm to the process by doing her job meticulously, honestly, with transparency and integrity.
