My wife and I were so lucky too have come across Mary Kay when looking for a realtor. I just accepted a job outside the country and had to get my house sold quickly. Mary Kay helped us focus on the most critical tasks to get the house cleaned up, fixed and ready to sell. Her day-to-day knowledge of the market, along with her negotiating skills, allowed us to not just get the house sold quickly, but for a great price. Highly recommend!!

We have known Mary Kay for over 30 years. She has been our realtor for two purchases and one sale. She walked us through all the steps and was very helpful when problems arose. She also referred us to a local Real Estate Attorney who was instrumental in both the sale and purchase. Her availability to answer questions was invaluable, she always returned phone calls & emails in a timely manner. She was always professional and forthcoming with information when needed. The attention to detail on our listing was outstanding. The drone pictures and video of our property was well above our expectations. We are convinced that without her help and how she listed our home we would not have sold our property in a timely manner. We are always recommending her to our friends and family.
