Mary and Toni are uncompromising professionals; A rarity in Miami. The South Florida market is complex, put mildly. But Mary and Toni know this market very well from years of experience. They handled my mother's condo sale with uncanny ability and negotiating skills. My mother's unit was rented and it was difficult to schedule showings. Mary handled interest from various realtors with expertise and integrity, always looking out for my mother's best interest. I recommend this team for all your real estate needs, residential or commercial.

Mary was fantastic every step of the way. My wife and I were relocating for the military, was stressful finding a place to live during the pandemic. Mary was persistent and helped up find a place and made sure we had a smooth transition from Ohio to Florida. still this day maintains communication and helps up transitioning to south Florida. Toni and Mary Keel are warm, caring professionals who got our home sold in record time and made sure to answer our every question and address our special needs in a timely manner. My wife and I felt we were dealing with close friends who had our best interests in mind at all times.

We were selling our home in order to use the proceeds to purchase another home out of state. The Keels not only helped us sell our home, but they also kept in touch with our realtor in our soon to be new home state and also provided many local references for services related to our move.

At one time or another we realize we can't do it alone, right? Well, at least that is how I felt when I realized I needed a blueprint into becoming a new homeowner! Yes, rents continue to soar in an inflated market and home inventory is scarce at best.
So I became proactive and took action by just calling on my dear friend/realtor Mary Keel. Right away, we discussed next steps and how long the process would take from beginning to end. I asked lots of questions, as did she, we always do especially when so much is at stake.

Feeling supported on my quest, I began to obtain all the documents and funding, and she sent me a search portal where both her and I could stow all the potential homes that met my criteria. She researched all the potential neighborhoods that I would consider, and set a priority list to then call the sellers or realtors. She would find out the scoop on every property and knew if we were dealing with reputable and professional representatives. Because let's face it, If you live here then you know Miami.

But you know, it is exactly how others would describe it, when you walk into the one property; and your eyes take it all in but it is almost everything on your list. It took less than a year, about 15 open houses, tons of phone calls, lots of paperwork and miles traveled in between.
In the end, at the closing everything that shouldn't happen did, and she was right there with me. Of course, her attention to details is a personal touch and showed up to the closing with a very nice bottle of Veuve Cliqout Rose(which by the way is still chilling in my fridge).
I recall that with every signature that I inked those pages, It felt like a personal confirmation that then more than ever; I was ready to be a proud and new veteran homeowner making it one of the best dreams come true as an adult!
It's all a work in progress from creating and planting the seeds to watching them bloom and come alive. So 2.5 years in my lovely home and I must admit I'm so happy that I made that call to the Keel Home Team, and that they made me feel like I too could trust their years of expertise.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary this past fall when I moved from Rhode Island to Miami for a new job opportunity. Having never been to Miami before and not being entirely sure what I was looking for I could not have asked for a better real estate partner. Mary grew up in Miami and she not only knew the neighborhoods I would be interested, she also had recommendations about restaurants, things to do, traffic...the list goes on and on. My requirements were flexible and I was extremely indecisive and she could not have been more patient and understanding, showing me upwards of 40 apartments over the course of a month! She also was great to have at all the showings and asked questions I would never have thought of and would point out things I would not have noticed. When I finally made a decision on the apartment she was extremely helpful during the very confusing process of renting from a condo association. She explained the process and helped me along the way. When I finally moved in I had a number of issues and she STILL continues to check in and help. She truly wants what is best for her clients and just wants to make sure they find a place they are happy and comfortable in. She went above and beyond every step of the way and I cannot say enough good things about her. If you looking for a place to rent or buy in the Miami area I highly recommend her!
