My wife and I had a great experience with Mary during the purchase and the selling our home. Mary was always excited to help, listened to what we had in mind, she was diligent on any research needed to better prepare us during any transaction and was always available to answer any questions. Mary is an excellent realtor. As we were helping our son find and buy his first home, she listened carefully to what he had to say, and was in constant touch with him. She was proactive in looking for new houses that came onto the market which matched his criteria. As a first-time homebuyer, she was patient as she explained terms he did not understand, and was quick to respond to any questions he had. She showed him homes within his price range, helped him find an excellent lender, was cheerful as she showed homes on some of the coldest days we've experienced in a long time, and walked him through the process, from getting pre-approved all the way through closing.
