During the height of the market, as well as the pandemic, my husband and I found ourselves trying to coordinate a cross country move from the West Coast. We had sold our home and were on a significant time crunch in our rental, trying to find a new home in PA, while competing with other desperate home buyers in bidding wars. Mary Lou went above and beyond in order to find us our home, and win over multiple competing offers, all the while giving us honest and helpful advice. She was never pushy or acted in a deceiving way, which had been our experience in the past with realtors. She was extremely knowledgeable and an expert in her field of business. She was willing to go above and beyond for us as her clients, and I would recommend her highly to anyone, especially in today’s difficult housing market.
