Mary Lou moved to Sarasota County in 1969 and because of her love and appreciation of this beautiful area, she has remained here ever since. She has 35+ years’ experience in a variety of development, construction, and service businesses. With her diverse, comprehensive operation background she has a proven record of success in streamlining business processes and managed multiple projects. Shortly after the completion of a 26 unit townhome project that she managed on the Island of Venice is when she decided to sell real estate as her fulltime career. She loved getting to know all the customers, laughing, helping, caring and actually becoming friends with them. Her fabulous sense of humor made the process fun, exciting and less stressful from the beginning all the way through closing. She realized then that she wanted to do this all the time. Meeting new people and helping them with all their needs and doing whatever it took to get them into their home has turned out to be her passion. Her professional attitude along with her sparkling personality has put her on the speed boat to success.
