Mary was fantastic to work with.
For each of our half-questions on the property or the area she did a thorough research and supplemented it with photos and videos. We visited the house only once before the purchase, while she took care of everything else including inspections, negotiations, and repairs.

Mary is just the best you can think of when you're looking for a real estate agent. She takes time to understand her clients, learn about their preferences to ensure she supports them with their best interest in mind. We were moving to Orange County and came for a 1 day trip to look for houses. Mary chose 10 houses for us remotely prior to our arrival, created the best itinerary to accommodate our limited schedule and was very thoughtful of our limited knowledge of the area.

She was extremely responsive and absolutely patient with our multiple questions and a few doubts (which is okay when you're making such a big decision!).
