Mary Murphy

Mary started her real estate career in 2015. She won rookie of the year in her Keller Williams office for selling thirty-seven houses in her first 11 months licensed. She knew from the beginning that in order to be the best you have to be surrounded by the best. That mindset has followed through her growth and will remain with her forever. She has always valued teamwork, collaboration, education, and coaching. She was on 3 top teams in different roles before branching off to start her own in March 2018.

After going at it on her own the first year Mary decided to start working with a coach. Since then, she has never had a time where she wasn’t in one-on-one coaching with one of the top coaches in the industry. She has traveled around the country to seminars and events to learn the best practices. Mary has hired coaches in all aspects of her business to help her grow, train, and hire. After 5 years as a top producer with Keller Williams she felt that something was missing in her business and life. When she found eXp she realized what it was. It was about values that matched her own. The company values and the group she is aligned with at eXp are in perfect alignment with her own values as an agent and person.
