Mary Nasi-Graham

Mary C. Nasi, a distinguished graduate of Oneonta University, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Accounting. She furthered her education by focusing on Real Estate Finance, Valuation, and Analysis through the Masters of RE Program at New York University.

With an extensive career spanning over 25 years, Ms. Nasi has been actively involved in both commercial and residential real estate. She initiated her professional journey as a lease administrator at Silverstein Properties, Inc., followed by managing the corporate leased and owned portfolio at SwissRe America, Inc. Demonstrating her exceptional skills and expertise, she was appointed as the Director of Lease Administration at Williams Real Estate Co., Inc. These experiences provided her with invaluable insights and honed her analytical abilities. Recognizing the escalating complexity of the real estate industry and the need for innovative strategies and solutions, Ms. Nasi established IMT in 1995.
