She is a graduate of Green County High School and continued her education at Western Kentucky University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture and a Minor in Design, Merchandising, and Textiles. She had planned to use her education in those areas toward real estate to offer further knowledge to her future clients. Along with being a Real Estate Agent, she and her husband manage a full-time farming operation where they raise poultry, row crops, and previously tobacco. They are also real estate investors and property managers. The individual has been involved since youth in various agricultural leadership roles and continues to serve on community-based committees and boards.
