Mary Pat Buescher

Licensed since 1998, Mary Pat ably assists buyers and sellers in understanding the complexities of the real estate process. A St. Louis native, she has a vast knowledge of the central corridor and a strong background in both residential and condominium sales. She will be there through every step of the process. As a former preschool teacher her patience is unending. Mary Pat developed her passion for homes and thoughtful design growing up in the Claverach Park subdivision of Clayton. That experience, combined with strong communication skills and a background in finance, results in a relationship-based real estate agent who brings knowledge, resources, and enthusiasm to her clients.

Mary and her husband currently live in Ladue with their son, one very large German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix named Yadi, and a grey cat aptly named Tiger. Mary Pat also lived in Chicago for a number of years with her husband before returning to St Louis when their son was born. For the past eight years, she and her husband have opened their home and hearts as a foster family. She looks forward to the opportunity to work with you.
