Mary Pettit

Mary Pettit is excited to help you sell your existing home or to find your perfect "forever" home or investment property. Mary grew up in spending summers in the lake’s region. She has lived in Fergus Falls for 25 years and understands the geographic and cultural influences in the area. One of the favorite parts of her job as an agent is to help clients with transitioning to a new phase of life. Spending so many years in the arts has given her a background for solving challenges creatively. Mary has been a teacher/ choreographer at the Fergus Falls School of Dance and as co-artistic director for the Dance & Dessert Fundraiser at A Center for the Arts for 25 years. A native of Wahpeton, ND, Mary holds bachelor's and master’s degrees in dance, physical education, and administration/facilities. She and her husband have raised two children in Fergus Falls.
