My Clients are my number one priority - I strive to maintain the skills and qualities that are required to be an exceptional real estate professional - unwavering integrity, community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and communication - these are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to my client's needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only more efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. Helping people buy and sell homes has become my passion since 2006. This career change came about as I approached exiting from 30 years of service at a local automotive electronics manufacturing facility. Fortunately, this allows me to dedicate myself on a full-time basis to my clients. In addition to selling Real Estate, I have built a full-service Home Staging company that has proven to be the perfect compliment to marketing homes successfully. I am proud to have achieved the highest accreditation possible through Stagedhomes, the industry leader in home staging education - the ASPM (Accredited Staging Professional Master) designation.Among many awards and certificates based on sales achievements, the one that I am most honored to receive comes to me thanks to my past clients and customers through a yearly survey conducted by Milwaukee Magazine. I am honored to have been awarded the “FIVE STAR, Best in Client Satisfaction” award year after year since 2009. I am thrilled to be included in this elite group; representing less than 7% of all licensed agents in the entire Milwaukee metro area. As I embarked on my second career, I grabbed hold of every educational opportunity available. I graduated with honors while receiving an A.S. degree in Real Estate to compliment my A.S. degree in Interior Design. Additional educational achievements include earning the RENE (Real Estate Negotiations Expert) designation; the SRS (Seller's Representation Specialist) designation; the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisory) designation; the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation, which focuses on providing exceptional service to Seniors; the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation; and graduating from the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Most recently I became licensed as a Real Estate Broker. Other major accreditations include becoming An Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and Accredited Staging Professional Master (ASPM). My expertise in Home Staging allows me to ensure a marketing “edge” for my Sellers. I continue to commit myself to educational opportunities as they become available to ensure that I am up to date on the latest in technological advancements, legal issues as they relate to Wisconsin Real Estate, and market trends in the buying and selling of Real Estate. I am fortunate to have been blessed with a very supportive and loving family. I am the youngest of six children born and raised in the city of Franklin by what I believe to have been the BEST parents in the entire world! Southeast Wisconsin has been my home for my entire life. I don’t have plans to leave this beautiful state any time soon; however, my husband, Dennis, would love to get me to move someplace warm, but for now—I see no place warmer than right here, in the great Mid-West. I thoroughly adore and enjoy my two grown children, Matt (his fiance' Christine) and Sarah (her husband, Patrick) as well as my step-children, Mark (Erica) and Laura (Shawn) and their children, Josh, Jake, Samantha and Jackson. The latest additions to our immediate family are Oscar & Diego, our “rescue” dogs who chose us to be their forever family. Although free-time doesn't happen often, when it does, I have many passions to keep me busy. I love crafting hobbies such as sewing (both apparel and home decor’), upholstery, scrap-booking, card-making, constructing dollhouse miniatures, interior design, and general home improvement projects.
