By far the best agent I have ever worked with! She was always pleasant, patient and informative. The market in 2021 has been crazy and it was difficult to negoiate as a buyer in this sellers market. Mary helped us to make a fair offer that was ultimately accepted. If I could have her represent us in other states I would. You won't be disappointed with her!

Mary was a big help in finding my home under challenging conditions--I was shopping remotely from out of state and the housing market was very competitive. Mary has a ton of local knowledge and good professional connections that were valuable in my home shopping process. She went on site to view homes and report back to me, and once we were under contract, saw everything through to closing. Give Mary a call if you're buying or selling in the Pike Peak region.
