Being the owner of Cornerstone Brokers, LLC, having a home, a husband, and three daughters, Mary understands how chaotic life can be and the importance of being able to work with people’s hectic schedules. Mary is devoted to making time and developing a connection with each of her clients.
Mary’s passion for real estate stems from a love of Colorado land. She began her journey into the business as a senior in high school, taking advantage of college courses offered through Morgan Community College. As Mary worked to obtain her real estate license, her enthusiasm grew, and by 2005 she was rewarded with that license. Mary’s entrepreneurial spirit gave her drive to grow in the industry, and by 2012, with her broker’s license in hand, she became the owner—in partnership with her husband Adam—of what was formerly known as Gateway Realty Colorado LLC.
With a nurturing touch, Mary grew a strong team of realtors at Gateway Realty, but knew that she couldn’t stop there and wanted to be a real cornerstone of the community. Keeping that thought at the forefront of her mind, she decided to change Gateway's name, leading to the birth of Cornerstone Brokers, LLC. Cornerstone Brokers, LLC is now a true keystone in the Morgan County and surrounding communities, built on a team of brokers diverse in languages and expertise, with Mary leading the way.
