Mary sold our house in Elmhurst and did a phenomenal job. Her strengths were critical to a successful outcome. From the moment we first discussed listing our home she was on top of every detail. She did a thorough analysis of the market and really nailed the pricing. Every step of the way she was professional but more importantly, calm and confident. It is a stressful process but with Mary she takes a lot of stress out of it by calmly communicating with us. There is no doubt that the sale went smoothly because of the relationship she formed with the buyers agent.
