Maryann Angus

Maryann's experience as a realtor and broker began in 1989. Having represented clients as both a selling and listing agent, as well as a mortgage lender, she will get anyone into the home, property, business, commercial or investment of their dreams. Before real estate, Maryann was a speech/language therapist in the public schools for 15 years and enjoyed the service of helping with special needs children and young adults.

The area around Mt. Baker is especially popular for outdoor enthusiasts who like to hike, ski, snowboard, kayak, fish, or just relax in their second home or condominium.

Maryann enjoys being a grandma to three grandsons Alex, Brandon, Ariel, and granddaughter, Evelyn. They are in Ithaca NY, and DuPont, WA. Her Midwest roots (Wisconsin) and experience living in Canada have also been beneficial to her many satisfied clients over the years. Staying connected with her real estate 'family' as a referral base brings them all together to a common goal.
