I chose to work with Maryann again because I had such a wonderful experience with her when she sold my house back in 2012. Recently, I was looking for a rental for myself & really hoping to be in one area in particular. Maryann was aware of what I wanted & kept me well informed of what was available. We wound up finding a rental in the area I wanted in a matter of days! It was so helpful having Maryann throughout this process. Because of her knowledge & expertise, I was signing the lease shortly thereafter! I highly recommend her to all my friends & family!

I have had the pleasure of working with Maryann Arceri on the sale and purchase of 3 homes now. She is the most dedicated, hard working agent I have ever worked with.
