Maryann Casey

Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Maryann Casey spent five years as a flight attendant for Delta Airlines. In this role she found herself based in New York and Miami; ultimately deciding to make South Florida her home. After living in Naples and Ft. Lauderdale, Maryann settled in Sarasota – where she has enjoyed Gulf front living on Manasota Key for the past 15 years.

Maryann first entered the field of real estate in 1974; and has since cultivated a truly impressive career and a loyal following of customers. Maryann has been recognized as a top individual producer for Michael Saunders & Company, having been at the helm of some of the company’s most significant transactions. Throughout her almost four decades in the industry, Maryann has given every transaction - whether large or small – the same amount of energy and attention. She believes in building business relationships with a foundation of trust, something she achieves by keeping her customers’ fully informed throughout the real estate process.

Maryann specializes in waterfront property and condominium’s, having lived in many of the diverse waterfront communities in the Sarasota area. This first-hand knowledge allows her customers’ to successfully navigate the abundance of lifestyle options in one of the most beautiful regions in the world.

Maryann’s enthusiasm for the community in which she lives extends beyond the call of real estate. As Executive Director of a non-profit organization, she is actively involved in fund raising and event planning in the community. Her spare time is spent walking her two chocolate labs on the beach, savoring sunsets over the Gulf, playing tennis and swimming.
