My husband, ever the expansive creator, wanted to experience owning a home on the coast. We were SO lucky to have wandered into the ReMax office in Cannon Beach and found Maryann. We have purchased and sold several homes and have been fortunate in our choice of realtors and have not had a bad experience. Working with Maryann, however, was a standout experience. We were wrapping up a year long remodel at our main residence and I did not have a synapsis left that was firing properly. Thankfully, Maryann had enough brain power and work ethic for both of us. For if she had not been on top of every aspect of the purchasing process we would be pitching a tent on the beach. Instead, we enjoy a delightful beach house, perfectly fulfilling our heart's desire. Once we had, on account of her patience and knowledge of the area, found just the right home she took care of every single detail with the seller's Realtor to complete all the necessary paperwork, inspection report, and all the requests for repairs to the sellers. She dotted every I and crossed every T which was invaluable given my lack of available circumstances to attend to the necessary details. She delivered an over the top excellent buying experience. It was a delight to work with Maryann to find our new home in Astoria. Once, we decided to make a move from Seattle to Astoria, My husband, Holt Moore, interviewed several different realtors that he found on line. He chose Maryann Sinkler. Maryann impressed him as highly professional, credible and personable. We lived in our current house in Seattle for over 30 years. With Astoria being almost 200 miles from Seattle, we had to rely on Maryann to be our local ears and eyes. It was easy to establish trust and rapport with Maryann. Maryann really listens to her clients. She takes time to understand her clients and tailors her efforts to meet each individual's taste and needs. She is very organized and prepared. Moreover, she has great enthusiasm for the area. The house she found for us was a perfect match for us with a lovely balance of charm and practicality and a sweeping view of Young's Bay and the Columbia River Estuary.
