Let me tell you something about Maryclaire. She came along at a very stressful time in my and my cousins lives as we were trying to help our seriously ill Uncle sell his house. Maryclaire took charge and made a very difficult situation an easy one for us. She got it done, didn’t waste any time and we closed on the property in just a few weeks after listing it. I was impressed with Maryclaire when she was the seller's agent for a house I bought years ago. From that time on I planned to use her should I ever decide to sell that house. We chose Mary Claire because she has been working in our neighborhood for many years. Best decision we ever made! She helped us with buying and selling our home and was on top of every detail. She was with us every step of the way. As various problems arose she was always available and provided needed guidance and support. For example, our basement flooded after the first day on the market. Not only did she send us a plumber she was in our basement in her rain boots the morning of the flood. On top of everything else, she was a delight to work with, We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Maryclaire Dzik is an excellent realtor. She’s so warm and friendly and makes you feel Iike family. She goes above and beyond for her clients. She gets the work done and quickly for that matter. Above all, she always stays in contact and keeps you in the loop regarding everything going on with process and status of various things that go along with selling or buying of a house. She will not stop or settle until her client is absolutely happy with EVERYTHING! She is always available to call and ask questions/etc. If by some chance you have to leave a voicemail, she’s not like other’s where you’ll never get a call back, she WILL call you that day and shortly after getting message. Maryclaire is the ONLY person I will use because her knowledge and expertise are off the charts. She really works hard for you to ensure you get what you want or whether it be finding your dream home. Maryclaire is the person to call to handle those affairs. Much love to you Maryclaire. Maryclaire Dzik is a true professional, she takes time to explain the process of putting your house on the market, explains and walks you through the paperwork, helps stage your house with your existing furniture to make it more attractive to buyers. And she even shined-up my cabinets in the kitchen. She provided me a fast sale that became a bidding war, got $50,000 over the asking price. She is amazing, would not deal with any other real estate agent.

She made suggestions on what should be done and also found a contractor & plumber to get some work done. Deciding to downsize after 20 years in a 3 bedroom single home was not an easy decision, however selecting Maryclaire Dzik as the agent to get me through the process most certainly was. Maryclair just helped sell our home in Dresher. Throughout the process she was always reachable and very quick to respond. It was important to me that we were able list quickly and she made everything happen in a very short period sandwiched around a holiday weekend. We had 2 offers within 24 hrs and Maryclair did a great job of navigating a few hurdles along the way.

Through the process, we were able to share a few good laughs and we always felt at ease working with her. However, when needed she could be a strong negotiator. All in all it was a great experience and we'd recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Throughout each process, Maryclaire was generous with her time and expertise. Great agent! Maryclaire sold not only 1 home but 2 homes for me within a short period of time. All the while, she managed expectations, guided me through decision making as a trusted advisor, was not afraid to provide her honest opinions, rolled up her sleeves and helped stage my home, made the awful boring paperwork easy to maneuver, had many dependable contacts and referrals for vendors when needed, and most of all, she was always available, following-up and checking-in.
