About Maryellen

Maryellen's real estate experience in beautiful Bucks County spans over 36 years and she loves helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. She has enjoyed helping clients find the right home, sell their home, or buy their first (or other) investment property or second home. One of the greatest privileges is building a relationship with entire families so that she is the Realtor of choice for multiple generations. This is an honor that she does not take lightly and loves that her experiences with her clients lead to friendships for years.

Bucks County has been her home for over 44 years, and she loves living here! Maryellen is a graduate of Penn State University and was a teacher for eight years before starting her real estate career. Her teaching experiences taught her that the best way to accomplish a goal is to utterly understand the steps to take to reach that goal. Employing that strategy in real estate has helped her educate her buyers and sellers to completely understand the steps to take to achieve their goals.

A recent award from the Philadelphia Magazine named her a "5 Star Professional" in her field for the 12th year in a row, an honor bestowed to less than 1% of realtors in the area. She also holds the Accredited Buyer Representative, Seller Representative Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist designations as well as the endorsement from the National Association of Realtors for her “Commitment to Excellence". Maryellen served as President of the Bucks County Association of Realtors in 2016 and District Vice President for the PA Association of Realtors in 2016-2017. She was recognized as Realtor of the Year in 2012 for her local association and Realtor of the Year in 2017 for her Keller Williams market center. She is an active volunteer in her community as well as with realtor organizations at the local, state, and national level.

In her spare time, Maryellen loves to spend time with her family, travel, read and take cooking classes.

(May 2021) We are in the process of moving back to Pennsylvania from California, where we've been for 34 years. So we had no idea what to expect as we began our research into different areas of PA. We were considering several areas to move to, including Bucks, Montgomery and Chester counties, which is Maryellens "domain". She was referred to us by the realtor we were using for our search in Lancaster county.

We've worked with many realtors over the past 40 years, and I have to say Maryellen was one of the best we've ever dealt with, by far. She is extremely professional, yet very personal. A very warm and friendly person who is a pleasure to be around. Her resume speaks for itself in terms of her experience and credentials. She did such an outstanding job in educating us thoroughly on every location we looked at. She left no stone unturned and spent an incredible amount of time dedicated to helping us, even during this crazy time when every realtor is swamped with clients seeking a new home. She gave us a solid understanding of all that these 3 counties offered in terms of what we were looking for. In the end though, we concluded that the Lancaster area was a better fit for us. I'd give her 10 stars if we could! I highly recommend Maryellen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in her area (Bucks, Montgomery, Chester counties, etc). You will be working with a superb individual and a top notch real estate pro. She is the best!
