I contacted Maryjo a couple of years ago as I was looking for a winter residence on Boca Grande. She kept updating me with information tailored to my preferences once a week, was very patient, and never pushy. Finally I saw something which caught my attention, basically because of a very unique location. So I wrote her an email and asked to put a one day realty tour together. She answered within minutes and came up with a very good plan.

So we flew down there and met her in person. The funny thing was that we immediately felt as if we had known her for years before. She is very personable and a lot of fun to work with. Based on her excellent preparation we were able to make a decision on the spot. She had the paperwork ready within half an hour! We flew back home with a very good feeling. Based on her outstanding support and professional electronic communication we closed the deal just two weeks later.

But that was not the end of it. Now we had to get all the paperwork done, transferring services, insurance and so forth. She was incredibly helpful, and with the technical support of her husband Patrick, we got it all accomplished within one week. We even found time to relax and enjoy the island.

Maryjo is extremely knowledgable about real estate. She is very prompt in communicating directly to client. Maryjo immediately sends new listings to client for review. She knows market value and is great in helping client decide the appropriate offer price for a purchase; then she negotiates the sale quickly and professionally.
She is a great resource for local contacts for maintenance and all trade personnel. And she has a knowledgable husband who can comment on quality of property being considered.
I highly recommend Maryjo for her expertise.

Maryjo was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Boca Grande real estate market which was a great help to us during our house hunting period which extended over several years. She also followed up with us on post sale needs like obtaining a disaster hang-tag from the fire department. I would recommend her to anyone house hunting in Boca Grande.
